This food truck, which stays in the same place in Waves all summer, serves Acai bowls with all the fresh toppings, vegan ice cream, ice-free smoothies and avocado toast, along with coffee, tea and good vibes. You'll be glad to note that Hatteras Bowls uses biodegradable spoons and bowls. Outdoor seating is available. You'll find it at Hatteras Island Surf Shop, and bike racks and car parking are available.
